Her modeling of how to make a pivot turn and reclaim your health left a long-lasting momentum for us all. As we travel uniquely individualized journeys, Stef serves as a living reminder and example of the power of believing in yourself to make informed health decisions and maintain powerful habits for an active and wholehearted life.

Everyone wants to be healthy, but that’s an awfully vague and non-committal statement, isn’t it? No two people are the same and no two versions of healthy will be, either. What does healthy look like to you? Once you define it, you can achieve it.
Participant Takeaways: Health and wellness are about more than just food. It’s also about your relationships, fitness, career, and spirituality. Participants in this workshop will define their own version of health for these areas of life, and together we will set realistic, manageable goals to improve them.
Food is a source of physical comfort, happy memories, and identity—and it’s hard to give those up. When I walked into the grocery store to break up with my favorite foods, it was painful. (I’ve had easier romantic breakups.) Which foods do you need to say goodbye to? What will you eat instead?
Participant Takeaways: Hippocrates said it best: Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. Being mindful of what you put into your body is life-changing, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. In addition to nutritional information on different foods, participants in this session will leave with tips on how to eat out or travel without compromising their health.
I’m excited to share my story with you and your group! I’ll focus on any aspects of wellness you’re interested in learning more about—from my experience with JRA and finding my own path to health, dealing with the loss of my parents, to my love for essential oils. What’s your passion? There are so many things we can explore together!
Participant Takeaways: Let’s get fired up! We’ll define goals for your unique workshop or presentation, and see that every participant leaves engaged and inspired.
